Cadet: Celebrating yesterday, today and tomorrow

BBQThe entire Cadet team celebrated our history, achievements and culture today. We’ve always believed in putting people first and we’re a tight group, so our gatherings tend to feel more like a summer family reunion than employee luncheons. Today was no exception.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch from a local friend of Cadet, Chef Sunie who brings dedication and passion to her work, much like all of us, to impress and tempt the senses. There’s something about gathering around the table to enjoy good food with friends that strengthens relationships and creates the bonds necessary to build committed teams.

You could feel the energy in the room as we reflected on just how far our little company had come. It’s an exciting time to work for and with Cadet, and the upcoming years will b even better. Everyone here is focused on building a better tomorrow for our customers, employees and partners.

Ask anyone around here about our dedication and they’ll tell you that the word “can’t” isn’t spoke of here. We support and encourage all of our people to continually find a better, safer and more efficient way to design, manufacture and deliver the products that our customers depend on to keep their families warm.

Every member of the Cadet family is excited about our tomorrows. We invite you to join us on this journey.
