Returns and Exchange
Glen Dimplex Americas is dedicated to supporting your online product purchase with the best possible customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receiving your product.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
We will gladly exchange, or issue a full refund of purchase price and shipping for product that arrives to you damaged or defective.
If you feel your product is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 10 days of delivery. Our Customer Service hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00am to 3:00pm Friday. Please refer to Product Warranty for complete information.
NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?
Simply notify us within 10 days from the date your item(s) were delivered, and we will issue a refund less shipping.
Exception: All part sales are final.
- Returned items must be in the original packaging.
- All returns must include a return material authorization (RMA) number that can be obtained by contacting Cadet Customer Service Department at 360.693.2505 or via our RMA request form below. Our Customer Service hours are from 8:00 to 5:00pm Pacific Time Monday through Thursday, and 8:00am to 3:00pm Pacific Time on Fridays. Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RMA paperwork as proof of purchase.
- Returns received without an RMA number may be assessed a 5% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
- Your credit will generally take about four weeks to process, including transit time.
- Refurbished heaters: Return any heater not working. Do not return heater for minor aesthetic/visual imperfections. These minor imperfections are considered acceptable for refurbished heaters.
- Parts: All part sales are final, and may not be returned for credit unless defective or damaged.
